Lucky(Anil Kapoor) is a conman, criminal, humble hoodlum all folded into one, having had a stranded and penniless youth. He dreams to have a quiet life and takes all alternate routes to accomplish that. One fine morning he awakens to find that his last con-work conflicted with Billa(Sanju baba), a dreaded, blade swinging Mafia Don who might remain determined to complete his work.
